"Jeremy Evans, the Ocala Storytelling Festival's youngest teller, performs a story about his Great Grandfather, a prize winner for the best quality bale of Sea Island Cotton at Moss Bluff in 1938. In another story he is very animated, rapidly intermingling a booming baritone and a high-pitched screech in order to portray two characters simultaneously."
THE OCALA STAR BANNER
The audience was 80+ Pennsylvania school retirees from all walks of education in PA. I watched their faces throughout your performance. Expressions went from awe to laughter to general happiness with your entertainment! Because we are retirees from education we get a lot of boring programs. Yours was a joy- we need to laugh! Thank you so much.

Former 4th Grade Teacher
"Using a Jaw Harp and a variety of his own sounds, Jeremy Evans had the crowd roaring with laughter as he told a story of a frog at the nights talent show to raise funds for H.O.M.E. (He Won!)
VOICE OF SOUTH MARION
"We were absolutely delighted that you came and shared your storytelling talents with us! Your program was a very special event and we greatly appreciated your gifted presentation. I was especially impressed with the way your stories drew some of the kids in to your program and away from the computers."

Dear Mr. Evans,
On behalf of the staff of the Lake County Library System we thank you for your support of the Festival of Reading. Your storytelling performance at the opening event in Wooton Park was wonderful. Your stories were remarkable, the audience absolutely loved them.
This year our libraries hosted 38 events for adults and families and 19 special storytimes for children. The attendance increased to over 3,500 people! We know that your participation was instrumental in the success of the Festival.
We will all look forward to working with you on future events.
Sincerely,
Judy Buckland
Program Coordinator
